Private Limited Liability Company “Putokđnis” – a winner of the National Contest “Innovation Award”. In the category of innovative enterprise, there were selected 8 enterprises. They were awarded with the Innovation Awards. The UAB “Putokđnis” was one of them. The prizewinners of the Contest were awarded with the “Innovation Award“ statuettes, diplomas, and they were granted the right to use the “Innovation Award“ for the purposes of marketing of the awarded products or the enterprise. The laureates of the Contest were awarded the appropriate certificates.
“In the modern world of business, innovations became one of the main factors of competitiveness. Therefore, this Contest is very useful to the enterprises of the country. Participating in the Contest, they have a unique opportunity to get an official appreciation for their innovative activities” – states Mr. R. Varkulevičius, the vice-president of the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists. “”The results of the Contest exceeded all our expectations – we got twice more applications than in the last year, and the quality of the applications shows growing innovative potential of Lithuanian enterprises as well as their consciousness in the sphere of innovations”, - said Mr. K. Gečas, the director of the Public Enterprise Lithuanian Innovation Centre. “It is important that there are innovative enterprises not only in the sectors of high technologies but also in the sectors of energetics, textile and machine engineering”, affirmed Mr. K. Gečas.
The annual Contest is organised by the Lithuanian Innovation Centre and the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists with the support from the part of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania.
