P.E.T. pre-form production

P.E.T. pre-form is a semi-finished product designed for P.E.T. bottle stretch blow-molding injection molded out of P.E.T. resin. The resin is dried to less than 0,001% of moister content melted in extruder and then this melt is injected into cooled mold. Modern and precise Husky Index and GL systems (mold parts precision is 5 microns) allow adjusting the most optimal process parameters in order to achieve best pre-form quality with shortest possible cycle time thus minimizing polymer molecules decomposition I.V. loss and acetaldehyde generation. Produced pre-forms are packed into heavy-duty cardboard octabins or into returnable metal containers with inside PE liner protection depending on handling and logistics requirements.

P.E.T. bottle production

P.E.T. bottles are produced on Swiss made Mag-Plastic and French made ADS linear stretch blow-molding systems, which are featured with the two main advantages - short mold change time and good bottle quality. Pre-forms are heated with infrared lamps then stretched and blown under high pressure of 40 bars into water-cooled blow mold. Thanks to properly adjusted process parameters our produced bottles are featured with excellent physical, mechanical and barrier properties. The bottles are usually packed into PE bags. Other packaging alternatives are available on customer request.

In the beginning of 2006, the Company introduced NISSEI ASB one-stage bottle blowing machine, which produces flat PET bottles for alcohol drinks of 0,5 l and for which aluminium caps are used.
