Quality

UAB "Putokšnis" has always paid particular attention to the quality of its products. Policy of our Company accentuates the pursuit to satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers as well as carries out its activity in such a way that production quality conforms to the highest international standards. For this purpose, up-to-date technologies, equipment and raw materials, dye and supplements from suppliers that have been recognized in Europe and all over the world are used in the production. Qualification of the Company specialists is being improved constantly and excellent conditions have been created for improvement and work.
In 1999, the Quality Management System was certified in the Company, which conforms to the requirements of international standard EN ISO 9001:1994. The Quality Management System was re-certified in the Company according to the requirements EN ISO 9001:2008.            
In 2000, the Environmental Management System was introduced and certified. Since 2006, the Environmental Management System has been operating according to the requirements of a new version of standard ISO 14001:2004. 
 

Quality control

Particular attention is paid to quality management, striving to incorporate into the quality management system not only leading employees and specialists, but also other employees at all levels.              
The production process is managed at every stage and starts from the selection of reliable certified suppliers and control of raw materials and materials, which satisfy our needs. All this together with the modern equipment allows us to ensure stability of the process, its management and monitoring, planning and forecast of corrective-preventive actions. High-class equipment allows us to control, manage technologic parameters and to achieve the highest quality with optimum input.
Every year, the Company acquires new devices and equipment for the quality management, i.e. despite the new visual, measuring and chemical analysis devices which the Company purchased before and which are important not only for the product quality control but also for the security of the requirements provided by the regulating legal acts and directives of the Republic of Lithuania and EU, the base of the quality control was supplemented by colour intensity-permeability establishment apparatus Prelux, which allows to us ensure the evenness of the colour intensity during the process, when the colour permeability of a product cannot be seen with the naked eye. The Company acquired visual inspector for pre-forms that ensures the quality control by 3 chambers as well as eliminates errors of human factor.

The devices have been purchased for the bottle quality control, such as Top Load device for the bottle resistance to compression and the section apparatus for the bottle cutting.
The Company maintains and develops its permanent relations with scientific institutions and laboratories.
